# Dzmitry Zubakin > Product Engineer. Munich, Germany. I build web and mobile products at Tools for Humanity, from the interface to the systems behind it. I also build LLM applications and agentic systems, with Claude Code and Codex as part of my development workflow. ## Experience ### Tools for Humanity Senior Software Engineer | Oct 2023 — now I build user-facing features for the Operator and Enterprise apps, including device management, onboarding and account workflows. Key-page LCP: approximately 5.5s → 2.1s. - Device management: I build the flows operators use to order and set up devices. I work with the Orb Software team on the app side of features such as Network Center. - Enterprise workflows: Onboarding, account linking and user-management interfaces that reflect each person’s role. I also work on Zoom integration, audit logs and the notification delivery system. - Orb on Demand: A feature for booking a verification visit. I built the frontend and serverless backend on AWS, including booking and calls between users and operators without sharing personal phone numbers. - Application architecture: I work with backend-for-frontend (BFF) APIs shaped around the client’s needs, and server-driven UI (SDUI), where the backend defines how screens are composed. - In production: Real-user monitoring helped me find and fix loading bottlenecks. I added Datadog logging for Next.js services and PostHog analytics, and investigate incidents as part of the on-call rotation. - Since October 2023: I started on these products through Ottofeller in October 2023 and joined Tools for Humanity directly in October 2024. ### El Pixel Full Stack Developer | May — Oct 2023 I worked on a tire store’s React storefront and serverless backend, including catalog imports and data exports. ### Godel Technologies Europe Software Engineer | Nov 2022 — May 2023 I worked on operational dashboards and reporting, improving large-table rendering with virtualization. ### Sourcemates Software Developer | Jun 2020 — Nov 2022 I built web and mobile features for client projects, including e-commerce and payment integrations. ## Tools - Interfaces: TypeScript, React, Next.js, React Native, TanStack Query - Backend: Node.js, Hono, tRPC, GraphQL, PostgreSQL - Infrastructure: AWS, Docker, GitHub Actions - UI & quality: Tailwind CSS, Framer Motion, Storybook, Vitest ## AI & agents - LLM apps: Application development with Claude, GPT, and open-weight models. - Agents: Agentic systems and multi-agent orchestration, built around a context → action → verify loop. - Integration: Model Context Protocol (MCP), tool and function calling, and structured outputs. - Context: RAG, prompt engineering, and context management. - Workflow: Claude Code and Codex for implementation, refactoring, and review. ## Outside work I have a soft spot for Italy and Scotland.
